Cancellations

Your appointments are very important to me and are especially reserved for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary.  Therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules.

Any cancellation or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved services.

No Shows will be charged the full amount of the service.

Late Arrivals

Please note that if you're more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I may not be able to accommodate the service.  Cancellation due to your late arrival may result in a charge equal to 50% of your reserved services.

Adjustments

My goal is to always make sure you're satisfied with your hair.  If for any reason you're not happy with your color or haircut, please contact me by phone or text within 7 days and schedule a complimentary redo.  The redo policy does not cover a change in the style or color.  Full service  price applies to anything after 7 days.  I do not offer refunds for any services.

Salon Etiquette and Children

I reserve the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct, tardiness, no shows, or any other situation I deem inappropriate.

 

Our waiting area is cozy and will only accommodate a few people at a time. Please limit the number of people who are waiting for you during your appointment.

Children receiving a service cannot be left unattended in the salon.

Products

To ensure your hair color lasts its longest and your hair stays the healthiest, I recommend purchasing salon-quality hair products. We offer a variety of products such as Aveda, Kevin Murphy, Innercense, and Moroccanoil.
